Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service via Livechat, tickets, e-mail
• Communicate requests with our warehouse
  
  

  Key Competencies:

• Knowledge of Taobao, Tmall, 1688.com
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of English is a must
• Knowledge of the following languages is an advantage but not a must: Danish, Norwegian, German
• At least 8 hours per week available

Salary will be discussed during interview with skype(no camera needed, interview will be in writing).
