We are looking for a Demand Planner to join an international Supply Chain team and play a key role in demand forecasting and planning activities across European markets. This position combines data analysis, sales forecasting, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update rolling demand forecasts for assigned product portfolios.

  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and business inputs to create accurate demand plans.

  • Collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to align forecasts with business objectives.

  • Monitor forecast performance and drive initiatives to improve Forecast Accuracy and reduce Forecast Bias.

  • Facilitate and support monthly demand review and forecast sign-off meetings with key business stakeholders.

  • Support product launches, portfolio changes, phase-outs, and other lifecycle management activities.

  • Contribute to process improvement projects and best-practice sharing within the Demand Planning function.

  • Ensure achievement of demand planning KPIs and support strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Forecasting, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business decisions.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience working with reporting and analytics tools.

  • Experience with demand planning systems (knowledge of Rapid Response / Maestro is an advantage).

  • Experience working in a multinational, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
