Intern Product Owner (Paid Internship)

MasterBorn is looking for a growth-oriented Intern Product Owner to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality digital products for clients across various industries. This internship is designed for individuals eager to learn the full product development lifecycle while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Product Owners in managing backlogs, defining tasks, and ensuring project delivery stays on track.
• Participate in client calls and internal stand-ups, with opportunities to facilitate meetings.
• Collaborate closely with designers and developers to create clear, structured documentation.
• Assist in planning, estimating, prioritizing, and iterating on real-world, cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and receive regular feedback from mentors and project teams.

Requirements

• Active student status with a strong curiosity about how digital products are built from idea to launch.
• Ability to translate ideas into simple visuals like flows and diagrams to support communication.
• Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills and a willingness to ask questions.
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Notion, FigJam, or Jira.
• Fluency in both Polish and English at a C1 level or higher.
