Intern Product Owner - Join our Product Squad!

MasterBorn is looking for a growth-oriented Intern Product Owner to join our Product Squad. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects for the high-end American IT market, collaborating with experienced mentors to build cutting-edge digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support Product Owners in managing backlogs, defining tasks, and ensuring project delivery stays on track.
• Participate in client calls and internal stand-ups, with opportunities to facilitate meetings.
• Collaborate closely with designers and developers to create clear, structured documentation.
• Learn how to plan, estimate, prioritize, and iterate within real, cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and receive regular feedback from mentors and project teams.

Requirements

• Active student status.
• Curiosity about the digital product lifecycle from initial idea to final launch.
• Ability to create simple visuals like flows and diagrams to support communication.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions.
• Fluency in both Polish and English at a C1 level.
• Basic familiarity with tools such as Notion, FigJam, or Jira.
