INTELEX- German to English Interpreters (100% Remote)

Intelex is a specialized language services provider dedicated to bridging communication gaps across global markets. We are currently seeking skilled Medical Interpreters fluent in German and English to facilitate clear and accurate communication between patients and healthcare providers in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely interpretation services for medical encounters.
• Perform both simultaneous and consecutive interpreting as required by the situation.
• Ensure the precise use of medical terminology during all interactions.
• Facilitate culturally appropriate communication to support effective healthcare delivery.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, listening, and note-taking during sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months of professional interpretation experience.
• Proven expertise in the medical or legal sectors.
• Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments.
• Professional, HIPAA-compliant workspace setup.
• Wired USB headset with noise cancellation capabilities.
• Stable internet connection with at least 10Mbps upload and 20Mbps download speed.
