Integration Support Engineer (Azure Integration Services)

Link Group is seeking an experienced Integration Support Engineer to join our team and focus on the maintenance, stability, and performance of enterprise integration platforms built on Azure Integration Services. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in troubleshooting complex cloud environments and is passionate about ensuring seamless operational reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain Azure integration solutions within production environments to ensure high availability.
• Monitor integration platforms, proactively troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve incidents.
• Manage software deployments and releases using Azure DevOps and robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions utilizing Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development and infrastructure teams to drive continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Service Bus.
• Strong proficiency in Azure API Management and Azure Event Hub.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and messaging concepts.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on incident management and cloud environment troubleshooting.
