Integration Manager (Retail Pricing AI)

Sigma Software is seeking an Integration Manager to join a project focused on AI-powered pricing solutions for enterprise retail businesses. In this role, you will drive customer integrations, support data quality processes, and help build scalable onboarding and integration workflows while collaborating with international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical integrations between the platform and Customer systems.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support successful Customer adoption.
• Support, maintain, and optimize integrations for existing enterprise Customers.
• Ensure reliability, consistency, and quality of integrated data flows.
• Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in integration, data engineering, or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data integration concepts.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a focus on stakeholder management.
