Integration Lead

Solita is seeking an Integration Lead to take ownership of internal integrations and help shape the company's Business Tech landscape. In this role, you will ensure that internal systems connect reliably, support business needs, and evolve in a scalable way while collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage internal integrations across the Business Tech landscape, including ERP and CRM systems.
• Ensure existing integrations are maintained, operate reliably, and meet defined service levels.
• Drive the development of new integrations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and technical experts.
• Contribute hands-on to development tasks using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and JavaScript.
• Define and implement best practices for how integrations are designed, built, and supported across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in integration development, coordination, or service management roles.
• Strong hands-on technical proficiency with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to work effectively within complex business system environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Business-minded and pragmatic mindset focused on delivering value within available resources.
