Instructional Designer

JSI is a leading consulting firm specializing in broadband solutions, dedicated to empowering communications service providers for over 60 years. We are seeking a creative Instructional Designer and LMS Specialist to join our Regulatory Affairs team, where you will transform complex technical information into engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of client-facing training, applying instructional design principles to create clear and effective self-paced courses.
• Manage JSI University as the primary delivery vehicle, overseeing publishing, learner tracking, and platform administration.
• Support the planning and execution of client-facing webinars, including technical setup and quality control during live sessions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify training needs and use engagement data to refine content over time.
• Manage a diverse set of projects, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and new tools while maintaining high organizational standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design or e-learning development, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with course-authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Strong visual and content design instincts, with the ability to simplify dense material into accessible formats.
• Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
