Inside Sales & Procurement Manager – IT Hardware & Microsoft Licensing

Cloudatus is a dynamic IT solutions provider helping enterprises design and operate complex environments. We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales & Procurement Manager to join our team and support our existing customer base by managing IT hardware procurement, Microsoft licensing, and day-to-day commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, components, and software licenses for existing accounts.
• Prepare customer quotations, negotiate pricing with vendors, and process sales and purchase orders.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 subscriptions, including renewals, quantity adjustments, and licensing compliance.
• Coordinate customer invoicing and ensure accurate reconciliation between supplier charges and billing data.
• Maintain precise records in our ERP/CRM systems to support efficient purchasing and quotation workflows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT procurement, software licensing, or sales operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models and subscription management.
• Proven experience in coordinating customer invoicing and managing complex order processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with ERP or CRM software.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple commercial requests independently.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
