Inside Sales & Procurement Specialist

At cloudatus, we help midsize and large enterprises design, implement and operate IT solutions across cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments. We are looking for a Mid-level Inside Sales & Procurement Specialist to support our existing customers and international projects across IT hardware procurement, Microsoft licensing and day-to-day commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of IT hardware, components and software licenses for customer projects and existing accounts.
• Request and compare quotations from distributors and vendors and negotiate pricing, availability and commercial terms.
• Prepare customer quotations, calculate margins and process sales and purchase orders.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licenses and subscriptions, including new orders, quantity changes, renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate customer invoicing and work with Finance to reconcile supplier charges, licensing data and customer billing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in IT procurement, software licensing, inside sales, or sales operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft licensing, particularly Microsoft 365 and subscription-based licensing models.
• English at minimum B2 level.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with pricing, licenses, and invoices.
