Information Security Lead

Solita is looking for an Information Security Lead to shape and develop information security across the Solita Group. This is a company-wide leadership role where you will influence security management across multiple countries and business areas, working closely with technology experts and senior stakeholders to enable sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead information security across the Solita Group, ensuring risks are managed in line with business objectives.
• Define and drive the security strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business leaders and technology teams.
• Ensure compliance with customer commitments, legal requirements, and industry certifications.
• Lead and develop the security team, covering governance, risk, compliance, and incident response.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership regarding cybersecurity risks, emerging threats, and investment priorities.

Requirements

• Relevant education and professional experience in information security, risk management, or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams of security professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security Management Systems, particularly ISO 27001.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain security risks to diverse audiences.
• Pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
