Information Security Architect

Unit4 is a people-first technology company dedicated to redefining Enterprise Resource Planning for mid-market organizations. We are seeking an experienced Security Architect to join our global security team and help shape the future-state security landscape across our cloud, infrastructure, and product domains.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the security target state architecture and multi-year roadmap, aligning risk reduction with business outcomes.
• Design and implement layered enterprise security architectures, ensuring defense-in-depth and resilience across our digital estate.
• Partner with CloudOps and Product Engineering to embed security controls and influence technology decisions.
• Develop security reference architectures and patterns for cloud environments, identity management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Act as an architectural authority, providing guidance on security principles and technologies to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a dedicated security architecture role.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud security (Azure preferred), identity management, and modern enterprise platforms.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft security technologies such as Defender XDR, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
• Proven experience designing large-scale, secure enterprise solutions and delivering Zero Trust concepts.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, SC-100, or AZ-500.
