Influencer Marketing Coordinator

AUTODOC is the largest and fastest-growing auto parts ecommerce platform in Europe, serving millions of customers across 27 countries. We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help drive our brand presence through strategic influencer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns across the European market.
• Identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling campaign briefs and ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and quality standards.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of social media trends and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Fluent English and Russian language skills with the ability to maintain professional business communication.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
