Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the Industrial Tech domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, managing the process from initial prototype to final production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential future spin-offs.

Requirements

• Possess a high-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise and the ability to take full end-to-end ownership of projects.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
