Industrial Design CAD Expert

micro1 is seeking an Industrial Design CAD Expert to contribute to a specialized project focused on advanced multi-part assemblies. In this role, you will apply your professional domain knowledge to help train next-generation AI systems by creating high-quality, real-world technical input.

Key responsibilities

• Review complex multi-part CAD assemblies in FreeCAD format to analyze design intent.
• Author clear, objective, and precise technical questions with exact answers based on assembly functions.
• Develop unique questions for each assembly to ensure comprehensive coverage of structure and relationships.
• Identify key assembly features and technical nuances using your background in mechanical engineering or industrial design.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to refine processes and ensure high-quality data output.

Requirements

• Strong background in mechanical engineering, aerospace, or industrial design with foundational CAD knowledge.
• Expertise in interpreting multi-part assembly drawings and complex technical documentation.
• Proven experience in authoring technical documentation or structured assessment materials.
• Exceptional written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables effectively.
