Yopeso is a software development company with 20 years of experience, dedicated to building high-quality, secure, and impactful solutions. We are currently looking for an Industrial Cybersecurity Expert to join our team and help us maintain the highest professional standards in software security.

Key responsibilities

• Performing requirements engineering by specifying, reviewing, analyzing, and tracing cybersecurity requirements.
• Shaping a unified requirements engineering concept and implementing a holistic approach for cybersecurity.
• Collaborating with various departments to enable effective cybersecurity requirements engineering.
• Driving the rollout and training of cybersecurity processes and activities across the organization.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and the EU Data Act.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in OT or product security.
• Expertise in requirements engineering tools like Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards including ISO27001, CRA, and BDEW Whitepaper.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to drive complex topics in a sustainable manner.
