Key responsibilities

• Engage in complex conversations with AI models to test linguistic accuracy and reasoning capabilities.
• Analyze and document failure modes related to sentence structure, idiomatic expressions, and regional dialects.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs across various scenarios.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering strategies and evaluation metrics to harden model performance.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Indonesian linguistics, including grammar, morphology, phonology, and pragmatics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear, metacognitive explanations of linguistic phenomena.
• Experience in linguistic analysis, teaching, or research, ideally supported by a relevant advanced degree.
• Ability to identify and document reproducible error traces within complex language models.
