GE HealthCare is seeking an Indirect Contracting Team Leader to oversee the end-to-end management of indirect customer contracts across PDx International. This leadership role is essential for maintaining a robust control environment, ensuring compliance, and driving process transformation within a complex, cross-functional global organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the operational lifecycle management of distributor, wholesaler, and sales representative contracts, including drafting, execution, and renewals.
- Ensure all contracts are audit-ready, accurately tracked, and compliant with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Manage and develop a team of contract specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain clear governance routines, including RACI matrices, KPI tracking, and risk escalation pathways.
- Drive process transformation by implementing lean methodologies, standardizing workflows, and leveraging contract management technologies.
Requirements
- Significant experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial contracting within a regulated industry like healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and define performance metrics.
- Fluent English proficiency and the ability to operate effectively across diverse jurisdictions and cultures.
