IMS Specialist I/II - Clinical Payment Specialist (Sponsor-dedicated) Poland

Syneos Health is a leading, fully-integrated life sciences services organization dedicated to accelerating customer success across the drug development and commercialization continuum. We are looking for a detail-oriented IMS Specialist to join our team and support clinical payment processes in a sponsor-dedicated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process investigator payments using CTMS tools such as IMPACT, Medidata, and Clinpay.
• Review Clinical Trial Agreements to ensure payments align with documented terms and schedules.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, and accounts payable teams to facilitate site payments.
• Maintain and reconcile project grant trackers and assist with sponsor invoicing and financial reporting.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and follow up on past due items or refund requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Attention to detail and experience in financial or administrative roles.
