GE HealthCare is seeking an Improper Payment Prevention Super User to serve as a subject matter expert in the Aggregate Spend Tool (AST). In this role, you will act as a critical link between business teams and the IPP Center of Excellence, ensuring that all global interactions are executed with high standards of data quality, documentation integrity, and policy compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute IPP workflows in AST throughout their full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Translate business inputs into structured system entries while monitoring workflow progression.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, audit-ready, and aligned with Global Interactions Policy requirements.
- Coordinate invoice processing, support PO creation, and validate Proof of Delivery to ensure financial closure.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve queries and reduce cycle times.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in process execution and system-driven workflows, preferably with AST or similar tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail to maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions in parallel within a structured, policy-driven environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
