Implementation Manager | Fully Remote Poland

HireVue is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will independently manage implementations for small to mid-sized corporate clients, configuring our platform to meet specific recruitment needs while contributing to larger enterprise projects.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the full implementation lifecycle for clients and collaborate on complex enterprise deployments.
• Configure the HireVue platform to match client requirements while adhering to global best practices.
• Run interactive workshops to help clients reimagine and map out their ideal recruitment workflows.
• Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through change management and system adoption.
• Create and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to HR teams, hiring managers, and executives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, HR tech, recruitment technology, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client-facing projects simultaneously from concept to go-live.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow design with an aptitude for mastering new software.
• Exceptional English communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance.
• A self-starter attitude with sharp attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
