Implementation Engineer

DeepHealth is seeking an Implementation Engineer to manage the end-to-end technical deployment, integration, and validation of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and advanced imaging solutions. You will partner with clinical and technical stakeholders, including radiologists and network engineers, to ensure seamless enterprise imaging connectivity and reliable DICOM workflows in healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary implementation resource for client projects from initial kick-off through final completion.
• Deploy, integrate, and validate imaging solutions while ensuring robust DICOM workflow connectivity.
• Provide second-level technical support for healthcare IT systems, troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to address complex technical challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and workflows to support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in an IT technical implementation or support role, preferably within clinical environments.
• Hands-on proficiency with Linux and Windows server administration and command-line tools.
• Strong networking skills and experience troubleshooting complex software applications.
• Proven experience with PACS, radiology workflows, DICOM, and HL7 standards.
