Implementation Consultant (Regulatory Reporting)

Svitla Systems is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join a global technology provider operating at the intersection of financial markets and advanced technology. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering regulatory reporting solutions, enhancing client experiences, and supporting global growth within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of regulatory reporting implementation projects, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
• Coordinate planning, priorities, and progress across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Partner with project managers and delivery teams to define scope, manage timelines, and drive execution.
• Adapt delivery plans in response to evolving regulations, resource changes, or client requirements.
• Improve delivery quality through regulatory expertise, client feedback, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience delivering FinTech or regulatory reporting solutions, with hands-on experience implementing AxiomSL, WKFS, Moody’s, or Regnology products.
• Background working in banking or financial services with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
