Implementation Consultant

eConsulting Sp. z o.o. is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team responsible for deploying the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD Galaxy) platform for international clients. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions to optimize HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementations of CSOD Galaxy modules such as Learning, Performance & Succession, Compensation, or Recruiting.
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and system demonstrations for project stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HCM best practices and support them throughout the design and UAT phases.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve incidents and provide ongoing system support.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand Galaxy, specifically at least one non-Core module.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, including facilitating meetings and workshops.
• Solid business analysis skills, including requirement gathering and process modeling.
• English proficiency at a C1 level for effective international communication.
• Experience with HR systems or HCM domains is considered a significant advantage.
