Implementation Consultant - Software (Remote)

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of content management platforms for global life sciences organizations.
• Conduct business process discovery and application design workshops to translate complex requirements into robust solutions.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including solution build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Create comprehensive process documentation and project deliverables.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Commercial Content applications and their integration into customer software ecosystems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology implementation projects as a Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, or Project Manager.
• Strong consulting background with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Fluency in English and the legal right to work in Europe.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time for business needs.
