Identity Management Engineer / Architect (R-00197)

We are seeking an Identity Management Engineer / Architect to design, implement, and operate secure, scalable enterprise identity platforms across cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise IAM/ICAM architectures, including directory services like Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Automate identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access assignments.
• Integrate applications using modern federation standards such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities using platforms like SailPoint.
• Ensure compliance with FICAM requirements, PIV/CAC smart-card authentication, and phishing-resistant MFA.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps and cybersecurity teams to enforce least-privilege access and Zero Trust principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in engineering or administering enterprise IAM/ICAM solutions.
• Strong proficiency with cloud identity integration, AWS IAM, and directory services.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Terraform.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust architecture, RBAC, ABAC, and federal identity standards.
