Identity and Access Strategic Lead

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Strategic Lead to join a dynamic team within the banking sector. This senior role is responsible for shaping the enterprise IAM strategy, focusing on enhancing security, risk management, and overall customer experience through robust identity governance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, socialize, and maintain an enterprise IAM strategy aligned with broader business and security objectives.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive multi-year IAM roadmap that outlines key initiatives, necessary investments, and expected outcomes.
• Establish a future-state IAM operating model that encompasses governance, policy, and architecture.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Cyber Security and HR, to ensure successful roadmap implementation.
• Translate complex regulatory expectations into practical IAM controls and meaningful metrics for the organization.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of professional experience in senior IAM strategy roles, specifically within global banks or highly regulated environments.
• Proven track record in successfully developing and executing IAM strategies and long-term roadmaps.
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of core IAM domains, including IGA, PAM, and modern authentication methods.
• Strong understanding of IAM governance frameworks within the context of the banking industry.
