Identity Administrator (F/M/X)

Quad is seeking an IT Identity Administrator to join our Global Infrastructure Services team. This role is responsible for administering and supporting our identity and access management services, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our identity-related infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support IAM operations using SailPoint IdentityIQ, including identity lifecycle processes and access modeling.
• Administer users and groups in Active Directory and Entra ID, supporting enterprise applications and MFA.
• Maintain identity-related servers and domain controller infrastructure.
• Manage internal and external DNS, domain registrations, and SSL/TLS certificate automation.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and support identity-related workflows.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• At least B-level proficiency in English for effective global communication.
• Foundational knowledge of IAM concepts, including authentication and authorization principles.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra ID, and basic scripting capabilities.
• Strong documentation skills and a collaborative, process-driven mindset.
