Icims Functional Subject Matter Expert

ManpowerGroup is seeking a dedicated iCIMS Functional Subject Matter Expert to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in managing, configuring, and optimizing our iCIMS platform to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes and high-quality data management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain the iCIMS platform, including workflows, forms, fields, templates, pipelines, notifications, roles, and access.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Support integrations, data flows, interface monitoring, reporting, and data quality activities.
• Maintain procedures, knowledge articles, documentation, and change and release records.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT stakeholders, vendors, and AMS support teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with iCIMS or a comparable ATS platform.
• Strong understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, from requisition creation through hiring and onboarding.
• Experience in ATS administration and configuration, including workflows, forms, templates, and security roles.
• Strong troubleshooting, system support, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and professional PowerPoint presentation capabilities.
