iCIMS Functional Subject Matter Expert

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an iCIMS Functional Subject Matter Expert to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is designed for a professional with strong ATS administration experience who is eager to take ownership of the platform and support our global Talent Acquisition environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the iCIMS platform.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, templates, candidate pipelines, and user roles.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution.
• Support integrations, data flows, interface monitoring, reporting, and data quality activities.
• Maintain documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and change records.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with iCIMS or a comparable ATS platform.
• Strong understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Experience with ATS administration including workflows, forms, templates, and security roles.
• Strong troubleshooting, system support, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and professional stakeholder presentation capabilities.
