IBM ELO (RPE) Developer

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced IBM ELO (RPE) Developer to join our team and enhance ALM and reporting capabilities. You will focus on developing and maintaining ELO Publishing templates to streamline document generation processes from IBM DOORS Next and Engineering Test Management, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet strict industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create new ELO Publishing templates and reports to support engineering teams.
• Map business document sections to data sources and implement necessary transformation logic.
• Implement defect fixes and performance enhancements in existing templates to ensure optimal operation.
• Document test evidence, release notes, and deployment instructions for all developed solutions.
• Conduct maintenance and provide knowledge-transfer sessions for the ALM team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-7+ years of ALM/reporting experience, with at least 3 years specifically in IBM RPE/ELO development.
• Proven project experience with IBM DOORS Next and Engineering Test Management.
• Proficiency in IBM ELO Publishing, document studio, and template authoring.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, particularly regarding DNG data retrieval and ETM reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot document output issues and work effectively with XML schemas.
