N-iX is seeking an IAM Transformation Lead to build and operationalize a new Identity and Access Management capability across a federated group of portfolio companies. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take a defined governance framework and IGA platform design and turn them into a fully functional, production-ready environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a project team of business analysts and integration engineers, setting direction and priorities for both governance and technical delivery.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the IAM platform, including planning, budgeting, and managing implementation partners without external PMO support.
- Establish and maintain IAM policies, standards, and the Target Operating Model across the portfolio.
- Manage the IAM control set, risk register, and compliance requirements, ensuring alignment with frameworks like ISO 27001 and DORA.
- Drive adoption of IAM processes across diverse portfolio companies by influencing stakeholders and coordinating with HR and IT teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IAM, information security, or risk management, with at least 2 years in a lead or ownership capacity.
- Proven track record of building an IAM function from the ground up and delivering an IGA platform implementation.
- Strong ability to manage project delivery, including milestones, risks, and budgets, independently.
- Deep expertise in IAM domains such as joiner-mover-leaver processes, role design, segregation of duties, and access reviews.
- Experience working in complex, multi-entity organizations where adoption is achieved through influence.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate IAM risks to executive leadership.
What we offer
- Opportunity to shape a new function and define the IAM agenda for a growing group of companies.
- Direct impact on the organization's security maturity and regulatory compliance posture.
- A high-autonomy environment where you lead the strategy and execution of a critical security program.
