IAM Technical Architect with German

Spyrosoft is seeking an experienced IAM Technical Architect to join a cybersecurity initiative within a highly regulated environment. This role focuses on designing and governing robust Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance & Administration architecture to ensure security, compliance, and scalability across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve the overall IAM/IGA architecture.
• Create technical solution concepts and define integration strategies for IAM/IGA ecosystems.
• Ensure a coherent and scalable end-to-end architecture across all identity-related services and platforms.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies, technical constraints, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure architectural compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, and KRITIS.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in IAM, IGA, or cybersecurity architecture.
• Proven track record of designing end-to-end IAM/IGA architectures in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM/IGA integration concepts, interface architecture, and system interoperability.
• Fluent German (C1/C2 level) for project delivery and client communication.
• Experience working within highly regulated industries and compliance-driven environments.
