IAM Technical Architect

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner that delivers successful projects for prestigious global firms. We are currently seeking an experienced IAM Technical Architect to join our team and lead complex identity management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine technical solution and integration concepts across enterprise IAM/IGA ecosystems.
• Ensure a coherent overall technical architecture aligned with security, compliance, and architectural standards.
• Evaluate and mitigate technical risks, system dependencies, and interface complexities.
• Coordinate architectural decisions and technical trade-offs with client-side technical stakeholders.
• Design robust interface architectures and integration concepts for Identity Governance and Administration systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technical architecture and IT security.
• Fluent German proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
• Proven track record designing overall Identity and Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration architectures.
• Hands-on experience designing at least 5 IAM/IGA enterprise architectures in regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, and KRITIS regulations.
