IAM System Developer

InPost is looking for an IAM System Developer to join our team as an individual contributor. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our identity management infrastructure, working closely with our Product Manager and implementation partners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ functionality and connectors for various source and target systems.
• Design and build custom integrations using REST API, SCIM, LDAP, and SOAP/XML.
• Automate identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role assignment using Python, Java, or PowerShell.
• Analyze system and application logs to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective technical designs.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of programming in Java, Python, or PowerShell.
• Proven experience with system integrations via REST API, SCIM, or LDAP.
• Strong technical understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and IAM protocols like SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD practices, and log analysis.
• Fluency in Polish and B2 level English for cross-market collaboration.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
