IAM Security Specialist (SAP Project)

About the project:

You will join a global SAP transformation program, focused on improving Identity & Access Management and strengthening security controls across enterprise systems. The project covers large-scale environments (thousands of users, multiple systems) and involves close collaboration with international stakeholders.

👉 This role is ideal for someone who wants to work hands-on with IAM while also gaining exposure to security transformation and global projects.

Responsibilities:

• Managing user access lifecycle (Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes)

• Designing and maintaining RBAC models and access roles

• Supporting access reviews and certification campaigns

• Implementing and improving IAM controls across systems (including SAP)

• Collaborating with business, IT and security teams to align access with real business needs

• Identifying access-related risks and supporting mitigation actions

• Supporting integration of IAM solutions within enterprise environments

Tech & environment:

• SAP environment (experience welcome, not mandatory)

• Enterprise systems (ERP, internal platforms)

• IAM concepts: RBAC, SSO, access governance

• Cross-functional, international project setup

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management

  • RBAC (role-based access control)

  • User lifecycle management (JML)

  • Access reviews / certification

• Experience working in enterprise environments

• Understanding of access controls, security processes & risk

• Ability to collaborate with different teams (IT / business / security)

➕ Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP security / authorizations

• Experience with IAM tools (e.g. Azure AD, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta)
