IAM Project Manager

Location: Remote
Experience: Senior / Manager–Senior Manager Level

Our banking sector client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Single Sign-On (SSO) Application Onboarding workstream. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in banking, IT application management, and large-scale transformation programs. Experience within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain and exposure to SailPoint IIQ are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the SSO Application Onboarding track

• Coordinate and align stakeholders across DevOps and Application Onboarding teams

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure governance compliance

• Prepare executive reports, status updates, and decision-making materials for senior management

• Drive change management and communication activities

• Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and objectives

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Project Management experience in large-scale IT and/or banking transformation programs

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments

• Hands-on experience with Jira

• Strong executive reporting and presentation capabilities

• Structured, delivery-focused mindset with strong organizational skills

• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments is preferred

• Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) is a strong advantage
