IAM Product Owner Consultant

Kalles Group is seeking an experienced IAM Product Owner Consultant to join our team and drive the success of our client's Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) program. In this role, you will serve as a central coordinator between engineering, architecture, security, and executive stakeholders, ensuring that complex identity initiatives are translated from strategy into successful, high-quality execution within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories are prioritized and ready for sprint execution.
• Translate complex business objectives and architectural designs into actionable Product Backlog Items.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups to maintain alignment on priorities, delivery timelines, and project scope.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early, proactively communicating impacts to technical teams and leadership.
• Foster collaboration across security, infrastructure, and product organizations to improve delivery maturity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner within Agile software delivery environments.
• Proven experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) or CIAM initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to operate successfully within complex, highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
