We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our HR technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and optimize Workday, Lever, and other HR technology platforms to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Manage Workday business processes, security roles, and system enhancements while ensuring data integrity and security through regular audits.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support data-driven business decisions.
- Coordinate Workday releases, testing activities, and the deployment of new functionality while leveraging AI to drive process improvements.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to deliver scalable solutions and drive automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HRIS administration, reporting, and analytics experience, including 3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Proficiency in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, or Talent & Performance.
- Advanced skills in Workday reporting, including the creation of calculated fields and complex dashboards.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
