HRD / HR Business Partner

Social Discovery Group is a global leader in social entertainment platforms, dedicated to solving the challenges of isolation by transforming virtual intimacy. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Director to support our Core Business Unit and collaborate with our diverse, globally distributed remote teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure personnel effectiveness to support the achievement of strategic goals and financial targets.
• Manage staffing processes to ensure the business unit is fully resourced with high-performing talent.
• Foster employee engagement and retention by creating a motivating and committed work environment.
• Implement and enforce HR processes, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and measure the satisfaction of managers and employees regarding the HR function.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in an HR BP or HRD role within an international digital, IT, or product company.
• Expertise in the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, and performance evaluation.
• Proven ability to manage payroll budgets, turnover, and engagement metrics with a data-driven approach.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, multitasking environments.
• Fluency in both English and Russian is mandatory.
