HR Specialist

ScaleJet is a fast-growing eCommerce company seeking a proactive HR Specialist to support its global expansion. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting top talent and managing key People Operations initiatives to foster a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes while maintaining accurate HR documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and the development of company culture.
• Develop and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, Human Resources, or People Operations.
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with ATS platforms, HR systems, and modern recruitment tools is highly preferred.
