HR Operations Lead

GR8 Tech is a leading provider of B2B iGaming platforms, delivering high-impact technology designed to scale globally. We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Lead to manage and optimize our HR administration functions, ensuring seamless processes and compliance across our international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while maintaining accurate records in our HRIS.
• Oversee global payroll processing and ensure full compliance with local employment laws, migration regulations, and HR best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Administration specialists to ensure operational excellence and high performance.
• Drive HR process optimization, digital transformation, and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze HR and salary-related data to generate management reports and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of extensive experience in HR Administration or HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
• Proven track record of leading successful HR projects, such as regional expansion or process automation.
• Strong expertise in international labor law, migration regulations, and B2B contractor frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS tools and a strong analytical mindset for handling complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive change.
