HR Operations Analyst / Lifecycle Specialist with English

Link Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Analyst / Lifecycle Specialist to join our team and support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes within a global organization. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services, maintaining data accuracy, and collaborating with international teams to ensure an outstanding employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and offboarding.
• Deliver HR operational services in line with defined SLAs and KPIs while handling employee requests through service channels.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
• Prepare HR reports, analyze operational metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Coordinate HR activities effectively with employees, managers, payroll, and various HR teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ServiceNow HR.
• Advanced Excel skills and proven experience in preparing HR reports and analyzing data.
• Fluent German (C1+) and English language proficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills gained in international or global organizations.
