HR Manager

Jobgether is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a dynamic, fully remote team. In this role, you will own the entire employee lifecycle, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring that people processes are structured, fair, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from role definition and sourcing to negotiations and onboarding.
• Build and optimize structured hiring processes, including interview stages, technical assessments, and ATS workflows.
• Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, employment contracts, and offboarding procedures.
• Coach managers on HR policies, decision-making, and effective people-management practices.
• Serve as a trusted partner for employees, resolving conflicts and promoting a culture of psychological safety and inclusion.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of HR experience, preferably within medium-to-large technology or gaming organizations.
• Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and compensation benchmarking.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a distributed, remote environment.
• Fluent English skills and proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and AI-driven HR workflows.
