HR Employee Relations Partner

Labcorp is a global leader in diagnostic testing and drug development solutions, dedicated to improving health and lives through innovation. We are currently seeking a remote Employee Relations Partner to join our team and support our operations across Poland, Bulgaria, and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations into employee relations concerns such as harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence, ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations.
• Provide clear, timely communication and comprehensive reports regarding investigations with supporting documentation.
• Support and coach leaders in managing attendance cases and developing effective performance improvement plans.
• Facilitate learning workshops and knowledge transfer to leadership teams to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage cases efficiently using designated online tools and assist in the preparation of works council documentation.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both German and English is essential.
• Fluency in either Polish or Bulgarian to effectively collaborate with local stakeholders.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Employee Relations field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make objective, informed decisions with minimal guidance.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
