HR Business Partner Lead

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Lead to guide our HRBP team and collaborate with organizational unit heads to align people priorities with our strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop evidence-based people plans that support business growth, innovation, and organizational transformation.
• Lead organizational design and change programs, including structure, role design, and implementation.
• Coach leaders on team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and the retention of critical skills.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP team by setting clear priorities and establishing shared standards for effective business partnering.
• Use people analytics and labor-market insights to identify priorities, anticipate risks, and assess the impact of HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior HRBP role supporting executive or senior leaders within a fast-paced technology organization.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
• Practical experience applying AI and automation to improve HR processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively.
