HR Business Partner Lead / HR Service Delivery Leader

Link Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Lead / HR Service Delivery Leader to support global organizations in driving people strategy, organizational transformation, and HR operational excellence. This role combines strategic HR business partnering with leadership in HR service delivery, ensuring that people initiatives are aligned with business goals while continuously improving HR processes and the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and optimize end-to-end HR service delivery while monitoring performance through KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, technologies, and operating models.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to influence strategic people decisions using data and insights.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in HR, including HR Business Partnering and HR Service Delivery.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership in international or matrix organizations.
• Strong background in HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills.
