HQ - CISO - EMEA Remote

Job&Talent is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our global information security strategy and execution. Reporting to the CTO, you will protect our technology, infrastructure, and data while enabling our fast-paced, AI-powered workforce management platform to operate securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve our global security strategy, aligning investments with business priorities and risk profiles.
• Oversee the security lifecycle across products and engineering, including threat modeling, cloud architecture, and secure development.
• Drive the organization toward a Zero Trust model, managing identity, access, and data protection across corporate and product environments.
• Build and lead security operations, including incident response, detection engineering, and threat intelligence.
• Manage compliance programs such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR, while establishing security frameworks for AI and LLM integrations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years as a CISO or equivalent senior leader in a global SaaS or tech company.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud security, modern identity architecture, and application security.
• Proven track record of building mature security organizations and fostering a strong security culture across engineering and business teams.
• Experience managing security risks for large-scale data environments and third-party ecosystems.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical risks into business-relevant insights for executive leadership.
