We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Hosting Support professional to join our team and provide exceptional assistance to our customers within our hosting environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for customers experiencing issues with their hosting environments.
• Utilize deep knowledge of WordPress, including themes and plugins, to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
• Manage and maintain server-side configurations using Linux (Ubuntu), Bash, and NGINX.
• Work with PHP and MySQL to ensure optimal performance and stability for client websites.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to ensure their sites are in the best possible hands.

Requirements

• Mastery of the WordPress platform, including themes and plugin architecture.
• Strong technical proficiency in PHP and MySQL database management.
• Solid experience working with Linux environments, specifically Ubuntu.
• Proven ability to script and automate tasks using Bash.
• Expertise in configuring and managing NGINX web servers.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
